EXERCISE TO MUSIC - Saturdays 0930 - 1030
Come and have fun keeping fit whilst
exercising to music (low impact aerobics). Learn new moves whilst listening to your favourite
tunes. Classes to be held at Sompting
Village Hall on Saturdays and The Sidney Walter Centre at the same times on
Wednesdays. The classes are
followed by Pilates and there is a discount if you take both classes. A mixed ability class.
Price per class £4 – Price for both
classes £6
MAT PILATES - Saturdays 1030 - 1130
Learn Pilates in a friendly class, with
a dedicated instructor. Pilates is
a method of exercise with slow controlled flowing movements to give strength,
flexibility, postural alignment and positive mental attitude. Suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes
and ideal for rehabilitation.
Price per class is £4 - Price for both
classes £6

My aims and objectives are to make exercise available to
everyone for both fitness and enjoyment.
As well as working from Sompting Village Hall and The Sidney Walter
Centre, I hold classes for small groups in my studio at home in Sompting for
Pilates, Weight Management, Family Fitness and Personal Training throughout the
week. I also hold a run club www.run-ladies-run.co.uk for ladies that want
to begin running but feel self conscious about their shape, size or age or feel
intimidated going to a gym. Linda
